hydraulic oil water contamination

Abstract: The purpose of this research is to get the solution of in-line hydraulic oil water contamination detection and get the warning in time��and ensure the reliable operation of hydraulic devices and prevent fatal accident. A new type of sensor is designed by building a mathematical model and using capacitance sensor with PI selective film and double spiral lines with continuously curvature. It is proved that it can solve relative impediment which has better repeatability precision as will as better selective precision in complex environment by comparing the results of test conducted by customers and third-party lab. This new type of sensor has already been used in many large�Cscale industrial and mining enterprises as production, which can be an important method to improve the effect to maintain large equipment initiatively and provide reliable technical guarantee method to lubrication audit.
